Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your custom jewelry is completed, you will receive:

 

  • A photo of the finished jewelry 
  • Tracking information for your shipment

 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

All custom jewelry orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

 

  • Once the package is delivered to the post office or carrier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • We highly recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct. Please update us of any changes. 

 

 

Refunds & Returns

 

  • All custom jewelry orders are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for custom pieces.
  • Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order so we can assist where possible.
